The German  automobile company is launched its new SUV model X3 in mid 0f 2011 in India. And BMW X3 is come with two model as BMW X3 xDrive 20d and BMW X3 xdrive25i. BMW X3 compete Audi Q5, Volvo XC60 and Land Rover freelander in Indian market. This car will be assemble in the Chennai manufacturing unit. BMW X3 is similar as BMW X1. The diesel version of BMW X3 would have a 2.0 L engine while the petrol BMW X3 version would have a 2.5 L power engine.

BMW X3 20d version have a four-cylinder 2.0L  diesel engine which produced 1995cc displacement with maximum power as 130 kw and maximum torque of 350 Nm at 1750 rpm. This powerful engine give a fast unbelievable acceleration form Zero to 100 kmph in just 9.2 seconds and it have top speed as 205 kmph. And with this engine BMW X3 give fuel consumption as 14 kmpl.

BMW X3 xdrive25iversion have a six-cylinder 2.5L petrol engine which produced 2490cc displacement with maximum power as 150 kw and maximum torque of 246 Nm at 4000 rpm. This powerful engine give a fast unbelievable acceleration form Zero to 100 kmph in just 8.9 seconds and it have top speed as 210 kmph. And with this engine BMW X3 give fuel consumption as 10 kmpl.

For better security, BMW X3 have latest technologies like Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and ABS to provide strong grip on road on top speed. And the chance of accident is reduce 90 per cent.
